Load Balanced Server Architecture
Each site is connected to the voice network or public telephone network with multiple gateways to ensure no single points of failure. Dual connections to the Intranet or Internet allow users and customers to access the system in the event of a site failure. All software processes run at each site in an n+ 1 or fully mirrored configuration.
Database Mirroring
All customer, business and configuration data is mirrored across the sites to allow complete continuity of service.
