Contact Central – Asia Pacific Launch :

Ruder Finn Asia (RFA) was appointed by BT for the planning and implementation of the
media event for the Asia Pacific launch of Contact Central in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 30 March 2004. The media event allowed BT to introduce and demonstrate the use of Contact Central to local and regional media.

The launch was held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 15 journalists, including journalists from local television station – TV 3, local business and technology trade media, online magazines, and Malaysia’s national news agency – Bernama. Nine photographers and camera crew were also present for the event.
To date, the event has resulted in 18 pieces of coverage in key Malaysian dailies and
magazines and a broadcast coverage on TV 3. The event also generated coverage by the
local news agency Bernama, which was further picked up by two of the local dailies.
