To complement Contact Central OnDemand, BT offers tutor-led training events in three key areas:

BT Contact Central understands the need for full and complete training for all business areas. We offer a full range of experienced instructor-led training products and also ‘train the trainer’ training. BT Contact Central will tailor their approach based on the customer’s requirements.
We can provide training at the appropriate time either during implementation, prior to ‘go live’ or on an ‘in life’ basis. Delivery can be arranged on your site, at one of BT’s premises, at our own laboratories in Martlesham or any appropriate location. We will provide all training materials and handouts.
