Improvements to service

November 2005

Dear Customer,

As part of the ongoing improvements to our service, we will soon be offering you the ability to check the progress of your incidents via a web-based application.

This service will enable registered users to view logged incidents at any time, including the ability to monitor progress by way of regular updates.

Your organisation is entitled to 2 user accounts to access this service. Please reply with details of your nominated users’ full names and email addresses.

If we have not heard from you by 14th November 2005 we will assume you do not wish to take advantage of this service.
