Following the go-live of our new 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk, the support mailbox (contactcentral.support@bt.com) will be monitored by Service Desk agents. Therefore this mailbox is to be used for the following purposes only:-

• reporting incidents
• requesting updates
• supplying requested information
