Preventative Maintenance Service

A number of our customers have expressed the urgent wish to see the introduction of a housekeeping service to take care of the core tasks outlined in the Housekeeping Guide.

In response, Contact Central is now offering a Preventative Maintenance Service containing a core package of daily and weekly housekeeping tasks necessary to insure the efficient performance of the platform. The service can be booked in quarterly installments and the price per quarter will be £1,750.00 for a 1 - 5 server platform. Additional servers can be added for £250.00 per server per quarter.
