Monthly customer performance reports

December 2005

Dear Customer,

As part of our on-going improvements to service, you will soon be able to receive a monthly report on incident logging and SLA (Service Level Agreement) performance.

Attached is an example report.

If you would like to receive a monthly performance report, please reply with name and e-mail details of the people in your organisation who you require these reports to be e-mailed to. Please reply to me no later than 10th January 2006.

The first month to be reported on will be January 2006 and the report will be sent to you at the beginning of February 2006.
