IVR Changes
– Easter Bank Holidays

March 2006

Dear Customer,

As you will be aware, the Easter bank holidays are on 14th and 17th April. If your opening hours are different over this period and you require changes to your IVR settings please use the attached Change Request form to detail the alterations you would like to be implemented.

Please give make sure you provide the following details in your Change Request:-

  1. Date and time you require IVR changes to apply from
  2. Date and time you require the IVR changes reversing.
  3. Please attach the replacement .wav file, if applicable

Please e-mail your completed Change Request form to me at louise.brown@bt.com by 7th April 2006. We cannot not guarantee the implementation of Change Requests submitted after this date.
