Notification of Planned Power Outages

April 2006

Dear Customer,

Please note that we now request that you notify us of any planned power outages affecting your Contact Central platform a minimum of 3 days before the outage.

We will carry out an assessment of the risks that may affect your Contact Central operations.

Please use our standard Change Request form to notify us of any such event.

Any support time spent resolving Incidents arising from power outages will be chargeable at our normal Professional Services day rate.
