IVR Changes
– Early May Bank Holiday

April 2006

Dear Customer,

As you will be aware, the Early May Bank Holiday is on Monday 1st May 2006.

For those customers who are able to alter IVR settings themselves, we recommend that any alterations are tested thoroughly before the bank holiday weekend.

Please note that BTCC are unable to address any incidents raised as a result of incorrectly implemented IVR settings until after the bank holiday period.

For customers who do not have the capability to alter IVR settings, please use the attached Change Request form to detail the alterations you would like to be implemented on your behalf.

Please ensure you provide the following details in your Change Request:-

  1. Date and time you require IVR changes to apply from
  2. Date and time you require the IVR changes reversing
  3. Please attach the replacement .wav file, if applicable

Please e-mail your completed Change Request form to me at louise.brown@bt.com by 26th April 2006. We cannot not guarantee the implementation of Change Requests submitted after this date.
