+ Reporting Module
Aim
This half day course assumes a practical knowledge of Contact Central and the standard real time reports covered in the Supervisor training module. The course is aimed at the supervisor or person who is to be responsible for the day to day production of Actuate reports provided by Contact Central. On completion of this course the delegate will have a working experience of accessing and managing the Actuate reports package provided by Contact Central. It is particularly appropriate for managers with little or no previous call centre experience who need to get an accelerated understanding of the essen tial metrics of a call centre.
Structure
The course is delivered by an experienced tutor who will describe the use of the standard Actuate reports package. There is a more advanced module available for users that wish to explore the product in more detail.

- Wrap code reports
- Trend Analysis
